What does it taste like?
Very slightly sweet, with a rich earthy goodness. Some days we add it to coffee without the negative side effects of coffee, most days we have it pure with hot nut milk, and if we're feeling a bit naughty, a dash of honey to get the day started.

How do I use the elixir?
Mix ½ tsp (2g) in warm water, tea, coffee, smoothies, or in cooking. Consume daily for maximum benefits, with or without food.
If you are sensitive to herbs, start with ¼ tsp. In time you can increase your intake according to your daily needs.

How do I use the Mushroom Mixer?
Whether you're mixing up your mushrooms, or frothing up your milk for a cafe style drink, start by only filling up your cup about 1/3 of the way with your drink to prevent spillage (it's mighty powerful), mix it up until smooth and frothy, then you can top up with the rest of your drink and enjoy. 

How often can I take it?
We treat it like coffee or tea, and might have it more than once a day.

How long does it take to start working?
Typically 30 days of taking our Elixir daily will allow you to notice a big difference mentally and physically. A lot of our customers feel a difference even just a few days after daily use.
